How long does it take to build my custom PC?

Most custom builds are completed within 10-15 business days. Premium builds with custom cooling may take 15-20 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and financing through Affirm.

Can I upgrade my PC in the future?

Absolutely! All our systems are built with upgradeability in mind. We're also happy to help with upgrade advice.

Shipping

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over $1,500)
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days ($50)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($100)

All systems are professionally packaged with custom foam inserts to ensure safe delivery.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard systems. Custom builds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  2. Package your system carefully in the original packaging
  3. Ship the system back to our facility using the provided shipping label

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
